ODC-50 works through fine atomisation of a mixture of ODC-50 and water it is desirable to spray ODC-50 in a sroplet size of 10 microns ior less. By Achieving this size droplet we are able to create a fog or mist which will float in the air and combat maldour from an adour source.

For outdoor use we generally use High pressure Nozzle Systems with nozzles having 2-3 feet intervals. For general deoderization in a factory type building we use a hollow blade humiditifan. This fan is able to spray a very small amount of ODC-50 into an indoor environment and achieve high level of odour reduction.

In chimneys and duct work we yse air atomization nozzles driven by a compressed air source. These nozzeles are inexpensive and provide a good result.

In ducted air conditioning systems we use an ultrasonic nebuliser which produces a 2-5 Micron size droplet which means that the mist generated from the nebuliser will stay suspended in an airconditioning system to circulates throughout a building.

ODC-50 does not work when added to a water stream such as a sewerage channel. It only works by atomisation in to the air and works best when spyaed close to the odour source.
